Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To ensure hygiene, product safety, and formulation integrity, returns are authorized under the following circumstances:

• Adverse Skin Reaction: In the rare instance of unexpected dermal irritation, share brief details with our care desk within 30 days of receipt.
• Transit Damage or Leakage: If your glass vial, pump dispenser, or outer tamper seal is compromised upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement dispatch.
• Incorrect Formulation Received: Any item received in error will be replaced immediately with zero return fees.

2. Doorstep Reverse Pickup Process

Returning a formulation is simple and completely managed by us:

1. Initiate a request by emailing care@mandateskin.com with your Order ID (#XXXXXX).
2. Our client concierge will review and generate a complimentary reverse shipping label.
3. Our logistics partner (Shiprocket / BlueDart) will arrive at your registered doorstep to pick up the parcel within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Refund Protocol & Timelines

Once the return inspection is completed at our facility, refunds are disbursed immediately:

• UPI & NetBanking: Credited back to the originating bank account within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Reflected on your billing statement within 5 to 7 banking days depending on your card issuer.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Transferred directly to your designated bank account via secure NEFT / IMPS transfer link.
