1. Acceptance & General Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", or "You") and MÀNDATE Skin & Aesthetics ("MÀNDATE", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website (mandateskin.com), purchasing clinical formulations, or establishing a client account, you agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Product Descriptions & Formulation Integrity

MÀNDATE crafts high-potency, dermatologist-developed skincare essentials. While we endeavor to display product textures, key active percentages, and volumes accurately, individual dermal responses may vary.

Our products are intended exclusively for topical cosmetic application. Content provided on this platform is for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute formal medical diagnosis or prescription. We recommend performing a 24-hour patch test prior to introducing new active formulations to your daily ritual.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment Processing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). MÀNDATE reserves the right to adjust formulation pricing or promotional discounts without prior notice.

Payments are processed via authorized, RBI-compliant digital payment gateways (including Cashfree, Shiprocket Payments, UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and NetBanking). Orders are subject to verification and product availability. In the event of pricing discrepancies or inventory exhaustion, MÀNDATE reserves the right to cancel or refund the order in full.

4. Shipping, Express Dispatch & Title

Orders are dispatched from our temperature-controlled facility within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Standard express delivery across metro cities in India typically completes within 2 to 4 business days, and 4 to 6 business days for non-metro regions.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to domestic orders exceeding ₹999. Title and risk of loss pass to the client upon handover of the parcel to the contracted courier partner.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, trade dress, logos, formulation names (including Birch Juice Face Cleanser, Clariderm, Pink Elixir, Birch Moisturiser), graphics, and textual copy are the exclusive intellectual property of MÀNDATE Skin & Aesthetics. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or scraping is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
